This post is 1-year in the making

A very low-quality version of this video was leaked like a year ago. It was displayed at a Takashi Murakami exhibit a little less than a year ago. At the time, I assumed it would be a one-time-only thing, but Kanye just dropped a high quality version. Right now, it can only be found on iTunes, but you and I both know the full version will be available to everyone by the end of the week. Good Morning marks the seventh video 'Ye has made from Graduation, and that's pretty much unheard of.

The thing about Kanye videos that I like above those of other artists' is the uniqueness. 98.46% of Hip Hop video have a cookie cutter formula: hot chicks, drinks, entourage, club or party scene, women all over the MC, and maybe, if we're lucky, a geeky, pasty, no-rhythm-having white dude trying to fit in. Oh, and the white guy also is wearing clothes way too small for him. But not Mr. West's videos. Look at the seven that have been released with Graduation: Kanye in a desert (which sucked, I admit), A Japanese anime style video with Kanye in a mental institute, a D.A.N.C.E.-inspired video, Kanye getting murdered by Rita G, a black-and-white tribute to Chicago with a sometimes transparent Chris Martin, A Jim Henson version of Yeezy competing in the 100-meter dash, and now a cartoon.
